Ocaso Delos

Based on custom knifemaker Kurt Merriken’s popular “Karma” design, the Delos is an exceptionally elegant and eye-catching knife. The graceful handle profile and stunning modified tanto blade command attention and strike a perfect balance between aesthetics and functionality. 

Named for the mythological Greek birthplace of Apollo and Artemis, the Delos features premium 120-layer rose patterned German Damascus steel and handle scales made of Titanium and Fat Carbon® in “Dark Matter Blue” or “Black Dunes”. Fat Carbon® is a durable, lightweight carbon fiber composite that seems to change and shift in the light, making it a perfect pairing to the dramatic Damascus blade. The Delos includes stainless-steel caged bearings for rapid, smooth opening and is held secure in your pocket with a contoured Titanium pocket clip.

Complementing polished or black hardware complete the look of this exquisite knife. Made in Maniago, Italy, known as the “city of knives”, where centuries of high-quality knife craftsmanship and the latest technology meet.

Damascus Steel

Damascus is a premium pattern-welded steel recognizable for its distinctive wavy design. Our knives feature 120-layer stainless martensitic Damascus (comprised of N690 and Nitro-B steel) produced in Germany using the traditional fire-welding process, resulting in a premium blade with high edge retention and sharpness. Our knives with Damascus steel have a Rockwell Hardness of 60-61.

Anodized Aerospace grade Titanium

Considered a premium metal for a knife handle, titanium is lightweight with a high strength-to-density ratio. Our titanium is anodized in shades of blue and black to elegantly coordinate with the Fat Carbon handle scales.

Fat Carbon

Fat Carbon is a lightweight, durable carbon fiber composite produced in Lithuania. The "Dark Matter" color series used in the Damascus Solstice is a composite made from carbon fiber, organic pigments, and epoxy resin. It seems to change and shift in the light, making it a perfect complement to the dramatic Damascus steel blade.
